The Inner Weaving

A 3-month integrative 1:1 container for deep reflection, remembering, and reclamation

This 3-month 1:1 container offers a deeply reflective space that seeks to integrate mind, body, soul, and spirit in a way that brings your inner wisdom clearly to the surface, deepening access to your innate power, strength, and agency.

My goal is to create a safe, relational field where people contact themselves with more honesty, more courage, and more love.

Purpose of the work together

Through a blend of intuitive attunement, somatic tracking, use of mindfulness, gentle embodiment, reflective inquiry, and collaborative meaning-making, we’ll work together to make contact with your deepest desires and needs, develop loving compassion for your wounds and the places that feel tender, illuminate your greatest gifts, and through it all access the deep well of aliveness from which authenticity, belonging, and resilience inevitably spring.

I see this 3-month container as a partnership in which we’ll co-create a field of shared discovery rather than a process of fixing or advice-giving. I’m here to be a mirror, a travel companion, and a witness that supports what’s most present and alive in the here-and-now, trusting in the organicity–our soul’s instinctive ability to move towards healing–that is inherently interwoven into this process.

Together we’ll make space for what wants to be known in the moment and dialogue with what’s emerging. Sometimes we might unlock brilliant insight or understanding that leads to a different way of moving through the world, and other times we might sit with what’s still ripening, learning to hold uncertainty with interest and imagination rather than with fear or boredom.

What you can expect:

     A non-judgmental & spacious container

  • An intuitive, playful, and experimental approach to each session

  • Deep listening and relational presence

  • Mindful embodiment and somatic reflection

  • Gentle inquiry that supports self-contact

  •  Exploration of meaning and choice

  • Optional between-session prompts or text support

  •

Process check-ins: How are we doing together? What’s been supportive & successful so far? What’s missing?

In our work together, you'll learn how to:

Reconnect with the stillness and intelligence of your body
To slow down enough to feel what’s actually happening inside you, and to trust your body as a source of information and guidance.

Find clarity amid noise, complexity, and inner conflict
Not by forcing answers, but by learning how to listen beneath the surface and recognize what’s true for you in the moment.

Access and trust your intuition
To recognize your own inner signals, subtle knowings, and directional cues — and to relate to them with curiosity rather than doubt.

Soften chronic tension and self-protective holding
By bringing awareness, compassion, and presence to places in you that have been braced, over-functioning, or on guard.

Notice the beliefs, stories, and patterns shaping your experience
To gently illuminate the assumptions you’ve been living from without pathologizing them and to see where new possibilities might open.

Come into contact with parts of yourself that have been pushed aside or unheard
And to meet them with curiosity, care, and dignity rather than judgment or urgency.

Clarify what your heart is asking for now
To listen for your deeper desires, needs, and longings, especially those that haven’t had language or permission yet.

Stay present with uncertainty instead of rushing to resolve it
Building capacity to remain grounded in the in-between, where real change often begins.

Structure

My role: Hold space with presence, curiosity, and a process for somatic and mindful inquiry.

Your role: Bring honesty, openness, and willingness to collaborate and dialogue throughout the process.

Duration: 2x a month for 3 months

Format: 60 minute sessions on Zoom

Between sessions: Text support, journaling and other prompts to stay curious with.

Orientation/Philosophy

My practice is grounded in a humanistic, existential, somatic, and spiritual orientation, informing an integrative approach that views healing as a process of remembering and a return to wholeness.

From the existential perspective, I believe in the primacy of “knowing thyself” and experiencing oneself as “real” by looking at how we create meaning, make choices, and live in alignment with what’s most true and alive in light of both human limitations and possibilities.

From the humanistic perspective, I trust in each person’s innate capacity for growth and self-understanding. When all parts are connected and communicating, we naturally move towards a more healthy and coherent state.

From the somatic perspective, I believe the body is a guide, gateway, and map to the psyche. Physical sensations, habitual patterns, and emotions in the body hold information about our most deeply held beliefs and memories, and by entering into mindful dialogue with them, we can process them in a way that allows them to become more consciously integrated.

From the spiritual perspective, I honor the intuitive, transpersonal, and imaginal forces that connect us to something larger than ourselves. It's a lens that recognizes the love, life and intelligence of the unseen, a sacred world brimming with spirits, allies, and guides that seek to move us closer to our divinity and oneness with all that is.

Together, these perspectives aim to create a space for emergence and discovery, where my aim isn’t to diagnose or cure, but to invite your inner voice forward to guide transformation.
